What's included in my order?
Each set includes premium ABS bricks designed by Brick Velocity™, a seasonal limited edition sticker pack, and a digital instruction guide for easy assembly.
How long will it take to get my order ?
Processing time for your order is 1-2 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Delivery typically takes 6-14 days, depending on your country. Specific delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.
Do you accept custom orders
We do not currently offer custom models, but we highly value feedback from our community. Feel free to connect with us on social media (@brickvelocity or brickvelocityco) and share a photo of the car you'd love to build. Your suggestions and ideas are greatly appreciated!
How do I access the instruction manual?
Some sets come with digital instructions accessible via a QR code on your package. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet to be directed to the digital instructions for your set.
If you cannot find the QR code or have trouble accessing the digital instructions, please contact us at info@brickvelocity.com with your order number and the specific model you need help with. We will gladly assist you and provide the necessary instructions.
